Try restarting your device.
Check if there are any software updates available for your device. The latest OS version is recommended for viewing lives.
- For web browser connections
Stability may be improved by selected “Add to Home Screen” from the iOS or Android menu and running the website as a home screen app.
- Check network stability
Using the same device that you're trying to watch on, visit the following website to check your WiFi download speed.
Speeds of under 1Mbps may be insufficient to watch lives.
